What is the best gift you have ever received as a child? And why?
Great gifts have a way of impacting us for a long time and even altering our behavior.
God's grace is a gift. Grace is God's favor. We experience grace through faith in Jesus Christ as the risen Lord and only Savior. Grace is simply an unmerited gift. We do not obtain God's grace through religious rituals or even strict adherence to a moral code. Grace is merely a gift received! A gift received through faith in the giver of the gift, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 2:8-9 - "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast."
From September 13 - October 3 we will are going on a journey, a journey of the heart. A journey of a heart touched by God's grace. Through this journey, CrossWinds leadership are praying that your hearts will be enlarged toward the advancement of God's mission, through our church.
During these 21 days, we trust that your love for God will increase and your experience of God's grace would deepen. That through the insights of God's word, you will gain a broader perspective on work, money, and true financial freedom. We pray that you will not stay the same, that you will have a defining moment and receive a giving testimony by experiencing the words of Jesus himself, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35).
